Lily is the bright and friendly face that greets clients and visitors at Warlimont & Nutt. With a genuine passion for property and a love of helping people, she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to the front desk. Her approachable nature and positive energy make her a valued first point of contact for clients and team members alike.

Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, Lily lives in Mount Eliza and is proud to be part of a close-knit local family. Outside of work, she’s often at the beach with friends, walking her two dogs (Frankie the Frenchie and Remi the Staffy), or enjoying gym sessions and weekend catch-ups over coffee or coastal walks.

Lily is excited to build her career in real estate, with hopes to grow within the W&N team and travel in the coming years. With her natural people skills, local knowledge and enthusiasm for learning, Lily is a fantastic addition to the Warlimont & Nutt team.
