After a chance meeting with Director, Fergus Nutt & his wife, Edwina in Hamilton Island back in 2014, Sam’s life headed in a very different direction when he flew back to Victoria to be closer to family and start a sales career with Warlimont & Nutt.

After 8 years of many successful transactions, Sam has honed his skills that are required in residential sales and is one of our market-leading agents.

Whilst building his well regarded career in a competitive industry that never takes a holiday, Sam and partner Kirsty welcomed their first child, Maela in May 2023. Plus, finishing a home renovation that took longer (and more money) than expected.

2024 is ramping up to be very busy for Sam’s career so Carly Lindley has joined Sam to assist in sale campaigns.
