And real-world experience of selling, building and buying in the local market translates to relaxed and concise communication for his clients. The fast pace and ability to help people with major life decisions drew Paul into our real estate world.

Being born and bred in Mt Martha, the love for working local within our community groups keeps him here. With integrity and enthusiasm at the ready, we knew he had to be part of the Warlimont & Nutt team.

Married to Jess with two beautiful children, Paul enjoys spending time with his family but also getting out to a footy game or a round of golf.
