RateMyAgent 2017 Awards - WNRE wins both!
The real estate industry’s most anticipated annual awards, RateMyAgent Agency of the Year recognise agents and agencies that have been consistently recommended by the people that matter most — customers.
W&N director Fergus Nutt said he was thrilled that W&N had been recognised as the leading agency in Mount Martha and Safety Beach.
“The unique combination of RateMyAgent data means the awards determine the agency that has the highest level of customer satisfaction across the whole year,” said Fergus.
“Winning these awards for both Mount Martha and Safety Beach is a credit to the personable approach of the team at W&N and our dedication to achieving excellence in customer service and results.”
The Agency of the Year Awards are calculated by overlaying three key metrics — the percentage of seller reviews received relative to the number of properties sold, the number of properties sold and the total sales value of properties sold.
The 2017 awards recognise performance throughout the previous year and show the agencies that had the most consistent customer recommendations and levels of success in terms of sales volume and price.
The key to winning is the number of customer recommendations an agency receives relevant to the number of properties sold said RateMyAgent chief executive officer and co-founder Mark Armstrong.
“The best agents don’t necessarily sell the most property. The best agents get good feedback from their vendors, it’s as simple as that,” he said.
W&N director Trent Cameron thanked W&N vendors who had taken the time to provide a recommendation to RateMyAgent during 2016.
“The fact that our customers feel strongly enough about our performance to take the time to provide a review is very pleasing,” he said.
In 2017 W&N celebrates 65 years in business and Trent said the agency would celebrate a proud history with a very clear focus on the future.
